Returns

We believe in natural relaxation and our return policy should be easy as well. If you wish to return a product, please contact us via phone or text at 478-561-0181 or orders@salaciasalts.com within seven days of receipt of your product purchase to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. Returns will be processed within 2-10 days.

If the product returned has been opened, we will offer a store credit only. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products purchased through retail stores.

Wholesale Accounts

For products returned for an issue other than product quality, we have the right to refuse a refund. All products requested or ordered, whether paid for in advance with terms or not shipped, a restocking fee of 20% applies.

 

Shipping

All orders over 3lbs are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and customer location. We do not accept international orders. For inquiries or custom shipping options, please contact us at orders@salaciasalts.com.
